Ownership
Upon full payment, clients own their website code, content, domain, and hosting accounts. Ethereal retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Ethereal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
